What kind of help do you need?

Caremark's professional care services are structured to fit in with the varying needs of customers, and our skilled, caring staff can help to improve your life in many ways. Often, we help with personal care such as getting up in the morning, and also by lending a hand with everyday tasks such as washing, bathing or showering, cooking, laundry, ironing and housework.

We can also help if you need assistance in getting out and about in your local community - socially, to shop, or to benefit from the many community resources available locally, such as libraries.

A personal support plan will ensure your needs are met

Your personal support plan will be designed around your individual needs, taking account and sustaining the input from your family, friends and any professionals working with you.

Our carers receive specialist training that enables them to help customers across a wide range of areas, such as:

• Manual handling of patients with physical difficulties
• Personal and oral hygiene.
