Children need highly skilled care

Caremark's care and support workers are specially trained to provide the skilled services needed to protect, look after and support children and young people with disabilities and challenging behaviour.

Caring for children in their own home is the ideal solution

Sometimes a household needs support at home while the parent or relative, who usually cares for the child, is ill or in hospital, or when the child may need additional care and support to help them. We can help in either of these scenarios, and many other situations where being cared for at home is taxing and challenging. We are able to:

  • Assist the family in establishing daily routines around the house
  • Provide attentive day-to-day personal care to the child / young person
  • Support feeding regimes and medication
  • Enable outdoor activites
  • Encourage the child to be as independent as possible
  • Work with the respective school and other entities to meet common objectives
